The right value and the fair rent for your business premises

The value of business premises rests on their location, their rent and their suitability for a business. We establish their market value and market rent, so that you can sell, buy, finance or negotiate a lease on an objective basis.

How is the market rent of retail premises determined?

It results from the characteristics of the premises, their permitted use, the obligations of the parties, the local trading factors and the rents charged nearby, in accordance with the criteria of the French Commercial Code. We analyse them one by one and compare them with market rents.

Can you act in lease renewal proceedings?

Yes: we establish the renewal rent, useful for negotiating with your landlord or your tenant, or for proceedings before the commercial rents judge (juge des loyers commerciaux).
