Bertrand Carteron, your valuer since 2009
A lawyer by training, Bertrand Carteron practised in tax and business law, notably in the wine sector. In 2009 he joined a regional valuation firm as senior valuer and head of its Annecy office. He founded CAREX (Carteron Expertises) in 2015 and has since been designing software for valuation professionals. He has carried out nearly 4,000 valuations since 2009.

Bertrand Carteron chairs the Committee for the application of the French Property Valuation Charter, which brings together 17 organisations and more than 4,000 professionals in France. He led the work on its 6th edition. As President of the CNEI and Deputy President of the SEEIF, two signatory organisations of the Charter, he applies its requirements to each of our instructions: competence, continuing professional development, independence, impartiality, professional confidentiality and professional indemnity insurance.
